The stress management course will be an interactive experience of videos, exercises, brainstorming, role-plays, discussions and observations. At times the issues covered will be deep and introspective, with some searching questions addressing where each person needs to take action for themselves to manage their stress.
A session of learning how to juggle can be incorporated into the day and acts as a great metaphor for learning new skills and anchors new lessons learnt.
