Stress test - Juggling too many balls?


Do you increasingly;

Break out in a sweat, become breathless, have palpitations and tense your muscles when thinking about problems, future projects or plans?

Fail to see the funny side of things, let your hair down or have a good laugh about anything?

Have periods of such fatigue that all you want to do is stay in bed?

Experience sudden bouts of anger or irritability where you snap at those close to you for no good reason?

Become tearful frequently, but can’t really pin your emotional state on anything specific?

Binge on fatty or sugary foods?

Smoke and/or drink more?

Find yourself unable to make decisions, concentrate for long or remember things?

Get up earlier, go to bed later, skip lunch, all to work longer hours?

Turn down social invitations because work leaves you no time?

Cancel holidays or take work with you if you do go?

Sit at your desk for hours on end without getting up to stretch, relax or clear your mind?

Suffer headaches, difficulty sleeping or waking early?

Juggle too many work, social and family commitments to prove how capable you are and then feel a failure if some are not met?

Have no interest in or energy for sex?

Become accident prone?

Not pay attention to details and feel swamped and crowded?
